Westbrook wrote out all the names on the envelopes. He worked really hard on spelling the names correctly and making the colors of each letter different. Wade drew a bird on each envelope! They were beautiful!

To go along with the Bird-day theme, I made Angry Bird cake pops. They were a ton of work but also really fun! First the kids and I made a few lemon and strawberry cakes. Once they were cooled, we tore up the cakes and mixed with the icing. That's right, mushed up cake and icing. Yum! After they have set, we put them on sticks and dipped them in chocolate.

I then added candy for the eyes, eye brows, and noses.

In the middle of cake pop making, Grammy Brown and Pop came by. Westbrook read to Grammy Brown...

and taught Pop how to play Angry Birds!
